who do I work with?

Clients who come to me for coaching feel stuck. They often are walking around inside their own heads, unable to move forward in their lives. They have developed unhealthy mental and physical habits, make poor decisions, or display behaviors that are a reflection of the chaos swirling around them. They even have toxicity plaguing their life and work.

I work with grief, loss, narcissistic and toxic relationship recovery, toxic work environment recovery, life/career harmony, career change and transition, and career development.


Coaching sessions are about change and transformation. It is a collaborative process led by you, the client. We start by accessing where you are now. We take an inventory of your attitudes and behaviors towards self and daily living. We explore your passions, your hobbies, and your purpose. Next we discover where you want to be, what your ideal life would look like. Finally, we answer the question of what is standing in your way and break down those roadblocks.

I am your guide and a mentor. I use creative tools including storytelling, visualization, and hands on projects to keep you energized, holistic tools such as meditation and rituals to help you stay present, and practical strategies to for goal setting and accountability. Evidence-based and solution-focused, I help you write a new self story about joy and harmony in your life and work.

Change isn’t easy, but I am here to support you along the way. I come to you with an open heart and open mind. I will walk beside you, hold space for you, and support you. I am not a therapist. Although therapy is a wonderful and may be used alongside coaching, therapy is about the past. We focus on the present, where you want to be, and what is getting in your way.
